At Petivity, we want you and your furry friend to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't quite right, we are here to make it right with a seamless return process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
